This is a gorgeous Summer Dress & Hat Set - I hand crocheted it in a lovely plum color. The dress is sleeveless and can be worn with or without a shirt underneath and can also be worn over leggings or pants. The Hat has an open top and is so adorable with the ruffled edges.
