As we celebrate with fireworks and barbecues today, may we remember to honor this beautiful country we are lucky enough to call home. 🇺🇸

Today we are so very grateful for the freedoms we get to enjoy, the opportunities we are granted so easily that we don’t even realize they are privileges. To the people who have worked and sacrificed to build and protect this nation, thank you!

While no country is perfect, we’re thankful to be part of a nation that fights for what is right, is dedicated to serving its people, and driven by the enduring pursuit of happiness and a brighter future for generations to come.

Going gently has always meant more to us than simply choosing natural fibers ♡
It’s found in slow mornings in the kitchen, nourishing meals, homemade birthday cakes and pies, fresh ingredients gathered with intention, and creating beautiful food in the everyday for the people we love most.
This slower way of living is something I deeply love, but making homemade meals for my family will always be my greatest joy.
