I was inspired by one of my client's quilts this week. I have a few more quilts to make for grandchildren and used a jelly roll from Marcus Fabrics to make this Rail Fence variation. Love how it came out.♡♡

Elizabeth McCarley , precious daughter and amazing traveling companion, and I are spending an unexpected extra day in Iowa with one of our sons and his family. Bonus is having more time to play with the grandsons. Minus is withdrawl symptoms from no sewing/quilting for 4 days. And of course missing Burton! 😍 We should make it home tomorrow...🙏.

The heat and humidity here in North Carolina can be a bit much sometimes and I long for cooler weather. Working on Deb's quilt made me think of cozy fires, twinkle lights, and hot chocolate.... Love the colors and cardinals! The swirling holly pantograph fit the vibe perfectly.🥰🥰

Scrappy Happy! It was like a treasure hunt while quilting this client's quilt... I kept finding squares of fabrics in my "collection"! It is so bright and cheerful!

Very satisfying day so far. Just finished another quilt for a client that is for a lucky grandson.

I got to work on this sweet quilt that a new client is gifting to a friend today. She did a wonderful job piecing this thoughtful gesture and the "peak blooms" pantograph makes a charming finish. Love it!
