It’s a challenge to find clothing that flatters without being overly revealing, but at the same time, is not frumpy or boring. I love clothes and fashion, so I thought I wo

uld share some of what I love with other women. 30g of protein before 9 am and I didn't even try hard. Yogurt + protein granola + a scoop of collagen (18g protein alone) = done. This is why I started counting protein. Setting myself up for success.
