**** This Event has been Canceled!***ou are invited to a Free Sewing Workshop! We will be doing a group sewing project, making a dress from Vogue's Vintage pattern Collection. Saturday Feb 28th 12-4pm at Aperel Atelier at The Rolling Oaks Mall. No tools needed, but you are welcome to bring some if you would like. We have plenty of sewing machines, but if you have one and want to work on it to get better on your own machine, you are welcome to bring it as well. If you do, please come early to set up, we will start promptly at 12pm.

Recommended ages 13 and up.

You will learn how to place and cut out pattern pieces. Read a pattern's directions, and sew the pieces together. If you enjoy the class and feel you have learned something, please consider leaving a tip, we accept cash and Venmo.

Hello! For those are you who are interested in learning to sew, I host a fashion design internship at my shop. It’s a non-paid internship designed to give people the opportunity to develop sewing skills. It’s geared to students either in Highschool or college, but it’s open to everyone. Only requirement is having solid transportation to and from the workshop and a passion for learning.
