PRE-ORDER POLICY UPDATE

I’ve never required a down payment for pre-orders because I’ve always trusted my customers and, honestly, I’ve never had an issue with canceled or abandoned orders—until last week. Lesson learned. 😊

Moving forward, all pre-orders will require a $20 down payment. No exceptions.

Please DO NOT pre-order if you are unsure or have no intention of taking the item. Once I place a pre-order, I am committing my money and time to secure that item for you. Canceled or abandoned orders affect a small business more than you may realize.

I respect everyone’s time, and I expect the same respect for mine. This is a small business, not a big corporation with unlimited resources. Every order matters, and every dollar counts.
