Italy changed us for good 😋RECIPE👇🏼

Fresh Pasta

Ingredients
* 4 cups (500 g) 00 flour (or all-purpose flour)
* 5 large eggs
* 1 egg yolk
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* Pinch of salt

FOR SAUCE

* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 onion, finely diced
* 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 lb ground beef or lamb
* 2 (28 oz) cans crushed San Marzano tomatoes
* 2 Tbsp oregano
* 1 Tbsp thyme
* 2 Tbsp basil
* 1 Tbsp onion powder
* Salt to taste!

For the roux:

3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp gf flour
1.5 cup heavy cream

bake at 375 COVERED for 30 min, then uncovered for 15. Remove from oven and let rest for another 15 minutes.
