During our visit to Lomé last month, we made sure to stop by the American Corner at the University of Lomé. Over the past two years, we’ve built a strong relationship with the students, learning, listening, and growing together. It’s been incredible to see how we can make an impact by connecting with the youth.
We had an real and honest conversation about navigating life after graduation and the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. What made this visit even more special was that we got to celebrate Valentine’s Day with them and share some sweet treats!
We always look forward to building a better tomorrow with the youth and continuing to foster these connections.

These talented individuals dedicate their lives to their craft, working tirelessly to provide for their loved ones and uplift their communities.

A huge shoutout to Abo, who was awarded Artisan of the Year for his outstanding craftsmanship and unwavering dedication. He’s achieved some amazing milestones, including opening a school—and outgrowing it in just one year! We’re beyond proud of all their accomplishments and will continue to celebrate and support our artisans for the incredible work they do.
