These wedding seating chart tips will help you get organized and make finding a table easier for your guests.

Before sending your list to your designer, have one other person check the names and table assignments. After looking at the same list for hours, it’s easy to miss something!

You save all these ideas, pick your colors, picture how everything will look… and then you see your names on the invitation and suddenly it’s like, “wait, this is actually happening.” 🥹

That’s one of my favorite parts of designing invitations. Seeing all those little ideas come together into something you can actually hold.

Planning your wedding or quince and wondering how many invitations you actually need?

Here’s the biggest thing to remember: invitations are ordered per household, not per guest.

So if you’re inviting 100 guests, that doesn’t necessarily mean you need 100 invitations!

Start by going through your guest list and grouping couples, families, and anyone living in the same household. That number will give you a much better idea of how many invitations you’ll actually need.

✨ And don’t forget to order a few extras! I usually recommend adding 5–10 extra invitations for last minute additions, keepsakes, photographer detail shots, or just in case.
