My quad day work out routine π¦΅πΌπ§¨
Warm ups with b***y bands and without
Spider-Man lunges
Leg swings
Body weight squats
Heel Elevated front squats 8-10 x50lbs
Walking lunges with barbell 8-12 each leg x40lbs
Leg extensions with cable machine 8-10 x50lbs
I finish with either regular squats barbel or cable machine OR Step ups with dumbells/kettlebell
Iβve had this routine for about 2 months now, I rarely change it. I just switch out exercises if I do. I hope this helps π§¨πͺ
