🍯 Honey Garlic Butter Shrimp & Rice (15-Minute Dinner)

🛒 What you’ll need:
* 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
* 2 cups cooked rice
* 3 tbsp butter
* 3 cloves garlic (minced)
* 2 tbsp honey
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
* Green onions (for garnish)

1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
