* 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)

* 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

🛒 What you’ll need:

* 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)
* 3–4 baby potatoes (quartered)
* 1/2 onion (sliced)
* 2 cloves garlic (minced)
* 1 cup green beans (fresh or canned)
* 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
* Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder (season to taste)
* Optional: shredded cheese for the finish

🔥 How to make it:

1. Heat your skillet (or cast iron if you got it) over medium heat.
2. Add oil/butter, then toss in the potatoes first—cook about 10–12 minutes until they start getting soft and crispy.
