🎲 Did you know? The Game of Life is over 160 years old!

The game we know today as The Game of Life actually began in 1860 as The Checkered Game of Life, created by Milton Bradley himself.

The original version wasn't about getting rich—it was about making good life choices! Players earned or lost points based on where they landed, with spaces like Honesty, Industry, Success, and Crime.

In 1960, the game was completely redesigned for its 100th anniversary. That's when the familiar winding road, colorful cars, spinner, careers, college, and payday spaces were introduced.

Since then, millions of families have taken the ride through Life—one spin at a time.
