There are age restrictions for a reason.

We don’t hand kids the keys to a car.
We don’t let them drink alcohol.
We don’t give them access to things they’re not ready for.

But when it comes to phones…
we’ve made an exception.

Unlimited access.
At younger and younger ages.
With little to no boundaries.
And we call it normal.

But just because something is common
doesn’t mean it’s safe.

Their minds are still developing.
Their habits are still forming.
Their understanding of the world is still being shaped.
And what we give them access to matters more than we think.

So here’s a simple step today:
Set a boundary.
Delay it a little longer.
Be intentional with what you allow.

Because not everything is meant for every age.
