We love decorating a wreath every year!!!

Calling all creative elves! Help Skagit Regional Health Foundation deck the halls as a volunteer wreath designer for the 38th Annual Festival of Trees this Thanksgiving weekend.

We provide the wreath; you bring the decorations and creativity! Each wreath sells for $100 to support advanced cancer care at Skagit Regional Health. All skill levels welcome!
