"IPS rocks!!!!! And I'm a tough customer! My boss handed off a few things he wanted ordered to me, I had never dealt with IPS before but he had. I sent an email asking for help finding a cooler that I had little more than a picture to go off. I was so happy that Kim was able to figure out which one I needed!! Then I was contacted by Cindy asking for details on the order, The order went in with flying colors, graphics were approved the first time. And i was notified with shipping and tracking info. I haven;t received the product but I'm confident it will be awesome. Next up golf balls... they were discontinued :( BUT and alternative was suggested and approve by the big man in charge (aka my boss) and they were ordered as well! Kim and Cindy helped me not only put the order together but followed up with emails keeping me informed so I can keep my boss informed!! They made me look good!!!!"
