🚨 NEW ORDER POLICY — PLEASE READ 🚨
If you’re booking with us from now on, ALL orders require FULL PAYMENT upfront.
I will NO LONGER be requesting deposits. I’ve had too many situations where someone pays half, I complete their entire order, and then suddenly they feel like they don’t have to pay the remaining balance. 😐
Please understand: once you approve a design, request something specific, or give the go-ahead for your order, we are putting time, materials, and work into creating it specifically for YOU.
I’m not going to chase anyone down for the rest of their payment after their order is completed. That’s not fair to my business or the time I put into your order.
So moving forward:
💰 FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK.
🎨 Approved/requested custom designs are non-refundable once work has begun.
📦 Your order will be completed according to the design/details you approved or requested.
🚫 No more “I’ll pay the rest when it’s done” arrangements.
This policy is not directed at everyone — but it is necessary because a few people have made it necessary.
Please read the policies before booking so there are no misunderstandings.
