Kicking off this season of my with probiotic. After seeing a few influencers (who are also friends) discuss the benefits of Seed, I had to try it for myself. Three months later, I am happy to report I’ve had terrific results.
I have had chronic gut issues nearly all of my adult life, which I didn’t really start treating until about three years ago. (If you have a stomach ache at some point in your day, EVERY DAY, don’t ignore it. It’s not normal.)
I have noticed the biggest improvement in my digestion since using Seed. I have issues with being either constipated and/or bloated. Using Seed, coupled with dietary changes and some other supplementation (given by my functional medicine doctor based on lab results), I am seeing major improvements on my road to a healthier gut.
I am also a big fan of Seed’s sustainability. The welcome pack comes with two refillable glass jars, one of which is smaller for travel. Each month you get a little pouch in the mail with your refill. All components are completely recyclable.
