I just want to take a moment to talk about the Lumen metobolic tracker. I didn't really start having struggles with my weight until adulthood. When I started Lumen I was 215lb and felt horrible, physically and mentally. Today I am 185lb. I started using it November 2024. I barely exercise but am trying to get into it. I did some weight lifting in 2023 and really enjoyed it, am trying to get back on track with that, but I've made all this progress by making simple adjustments to my diet and really want to get to the next level so hopefully posting about it will encourage me to get on it! When this memory popped up I remembered seeing that dress in my closet recently and decided to try it on. While I am far from ready to wear this outside of the house just seeing that it can pull on and I don't utterly hate what I see is inspiring. I know I will never be the 130lb girl I was a decade ago, but I don't want to be. I want to be strong and healthy and happy, and I know that is the path I am on now. So I encourage y'all to check out .me - I don't get a kickback or anything but if you think it could help you I wholly encourage anyone who is interested to check it out!
