Summer at the Hill House got a little refresh ☀️ From the front porch to the pool, a few favorites from Plow & Hearth made every outdoor space feel more welcoming. The doormats, planters, and outdoor pillows are those simple updates that make the whole house feel ready for the season. My LTK is linked in my bio!
