• If you ever need to remove your jewelry, please cut the jump ring at the weld for safe removal.• Avoid excessive exposure to perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, as they can affect the finish over time.• To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently clean it with a soft toothbrush and jewelry cleaner whenever needed.

While it’s called permanent jewelry, it’s still made with delicate precious metals. Breakage can happen depending on daily wear, activity, and care.

• If your piece breaks at the weld within 48 hours, we offer one complimentary re-weld.• Any additional re-welds are $25.• Please note: refunds or replacements are not offered.
