Someone needs this today...

You can't break my spirit because I've already been broken.
You can't step on me because I've already been walked on and run over.
You can't break my heart because I've already broken my own heart by loving too much and not having someone love me for who I am.
You can't talk bad about me because I've already been talked about, lied on and lied to.
What you CAN do is.. encourage me, inspire me, love me thru good and bad, hug me, tell me it's gonna be ok, kiss me like you never kissed me before, let me know that I'm important to you. Give me flowers just because it's a Monday.
But if you don't do those things, please understand that God has already brought me this far and will continue to be with me. GOD loves me unconditionally. HE heals my heart when it has been broken. He picks me up when I'm down. He lifts my spirit and hugs me with his arms of protection. HE IS MY REFUGE. HE WILL NEVER FORESAKE ME. HE IS WITH ME ALWAYS. Thank you God
