Reality: sensory regulation isn’t a fashion choice, it’s a need, and it can be documented like one 🧡

If a hoodie, compression layer, or sound-reducing piece helps your child regulate, it can be added to their IEP or 504 plan as a sensory accommodation (meaning dress code doesn’t get the final say).
