At the time I needed to come up with a way to stay focused while continually motivating myself even in those rough patches we all go through. That's when I came up with the quote "Only I Can Defeat me". It's about a state of mind while pushing through whatever circumstance(s) your going through at the time. It's not about being better than anyone, or beating someone in competition. It's all about
you. Not in a egotistical sense but wanting to be better the you currently are, changing your life in a positive way, going after your goals, not letting others dictate your life or destroy your dreams.
