I was not feeling any of my clothes yesterday because I gained 5 pounds eating my way through Chicago for two weeks straight and not working out so I decided to tie a scarf around my body. Made sense to me and I think it worked out! What do you think?

I’ve been on keto all week and yesterday was my cheat day. All I really wanted was a scoop of Biscuits with the boss, mint chip AND coffee . Ok, also almond brittle. I ran out of the club like Cinderella so I could make it before it closed.
I can not eat ice cream or almonds without having an asthma attack and/or it coming up. I don’t know what they are doing in their process but it is the only ice cream I can eat and not have a negative reaction. And I am so grateful - as you can see if you watched till the end. 😂
Also, shout out to for being one of the only alcoholic beverages I can drink and also not have a negative reaction. I drank a lot of you last night. 😬
