Conference style, Day 1 🍓🌿✨

When your dress has this much personality, you might as well have a little fun with the accessories too!

I pulled the green from the print with my cardigan, then picked up those pretty pinks with my Touchstone Crystal jewelry. And yes…apparently I decided one bracelet was simply not enough. 😂💎

This is one of my favorite ways to build a look: start with one piece you love, pull out a couple of its colors, and repeat them in your layers and accessories. Suddenly it all feels pulled together without being too matchy-matchy.

🍂 You don’t need a whole new fall wardrobe. You may just need the RIGHT 2 or 3 pieces.

STYLE TIP: Your accessories don’t have to MATCH your outfit. They just need to belong together. ✨

Today’s OOTD is a little lesson in mixing rather than matching.

I paired my Laid Back Pants with this beautiful lace top and let a turquoise tank peek through underneath. That little pop of color completely changes the look of the lace!

Then instead of reaching for turquoise jewelry, I went in another direction.

✨ Gold
🤍 Pearls
💎 A little sparkle
✨ And, of course, a bracelet stack

The warm gold also plays nicely with the color of the pants, while the pearls pick up the creamy lace.

That’s one of my favorite styling tricks: pull colors and textures THROUGH an outfit instead of trying to match everything perfectly.

And yes…I’m still dressing for the temperatures we actually have while sneaking those richer fall colors back into the rotation. ☀️🍂
