Week 3 in the sewing class and we’re diving into the details! Today, our students are exploring how different presser feet—like the standard, zigzag, zipper, and button feet—can transform a simple stitch into a professional finish. We’re also practicing seam finishes to keep raw edges neat and durable. This hands-on session is setting the stage for our very first project, and the creativity is flowing. Follow along for more sewing tips and inspiration!

I decided to go with biweekly classes because I have so much that I am working on business wise.

I need personal time to myself. This is my time to recognize when I am doing way too much so I decided to make this make sense for me so that it is fair for all of those who will be participating.

You’ll get the best quality of who I am when I have rest, relaxation and self-care With that being said here are the dates!

SEWING CLASSES

Details for In-Person Classes:
• Biweekly on Tuesdays starting January 21, 2025
• 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Limited to 5 slots only

Details for Virtual Classes:
• Biweekly on Mondays starting January 27, 2025
• 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Limited to 10 students only

Registration Fees:
• $125: Includes a notions kit with fabric valued at $150.
• Early Bird Registration: $50 (does not include a notions kit; must register by January 10, 2025).
• Regular Registration (After January 10): $65 (participants must purchase their own notions kit).

Additional Info:
• Upon registration, participants will receive a list of supplies based on their registration type.

• Measuring tape
• 2 yards of cotton fabric
• Thread
• 4 zippers

• 3yards of elastic
