What a great thing to wake up to this morning! Florists' Review Magazine magazine wrote a sweet article about the work Amy Sapirstein did in partnership with WGIRLS NYC in May when I designed and donated prom florals to a senior class at Hostos Lincoln Academy in the Bronx, to round out their PROJECT G.L.A.M initiative! A huge thank you to the author of this article & to Florists' Review Magazine magazine for this exposure! I hope this may will encourage others in the floral world to search out ways they can give back. I am a very small business but still try to find ways to make a difference. These made me happy! Something about yellow……. Buckets of bouquets for a girls soccer club team whose Seniors girls were being honored for their commitment and leadership as they head off the college in the Fall!

There are times as a small business owner I even surprise myself! Designing and completing almost 100 corsages & boutonnière’s the day before Thursday’s Prom was one of these times. Each and every one were unique and specific to the couples requests! No cookie cutter prom accessories allowed in my book!! Very thankful to have been trusted by so many in my community to be a part of their once in lifetime experience!

Such a good day when my florals help support amazing organizations like This was my 4th year working with them. I chose crisp whites for their annual fundraiser and I went to colorful snapdragons for their mahjong luncheon at club.
