No-Bake Banana Split Delight!!
🍌 🍫

Ingredients:
• 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 container no-bake cheesecake filling (found near the cream cheese)
• 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained well
• 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
• 4 bananas, sliced
• 1 container Cool Whip
• Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, chopped walnuts, maraschino cherries

Instructions:
1. Make the crust:
Melt the butter and stir in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly combined.
Press the mixture into a 13x9 dish. Chill in the refrigerator (icebox) for about 15 minutes.
2. Add cheesecake layer:
Spread the no-bake cheesecake filling evenly over the crust. Chill again while you prep the fruit.
3. Prep the fruit:
Drain the crushed pineapple really well and chop the strawberries.
Spread both over the cheesecake layer.
4. Add bananas:
Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the fruit.
5. Top and finish:
Spread Cool Whip over the bananas and top with chocolate syrup, walnuts, and cherries—or whatever you like.
6. Chill and serve:
Let it chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

No Bake Strawberry Shortcake
Everyone loves a no bake dessert especially in the summer and this is one that’s absolutely perfect for this time of year. If you love strawberry shortcakes and the ice cream version too you’re going to be obsessed with this dessert. It’s super easy to make, super yummy and it’s no bake so what’s not to love??!!

Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1/2 c melted butter
Mix together and press into a 9 x9 baking dish. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Filling
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 c butter softened
2 1/3 c confectioners sugar
1 lemon juiced and zested
3 oz package strawberry jello
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tub cool whip
1 lb strawberries chopped
Beat the butter and cream cheese until combined. Add the confectioners sugar and jello and continue beating. Stir in the lemon juice, zest and vanilla. Spread over top of the crust. Mix the cool whip with the strawberries and spread over the cream cheese layer.
Top with crumble topping.
Crumble Topping
20 golden Oreos
1/2 package strawberry jello
1/4 c melted butter Mix
Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until crumbled. Add the jello and butter and continue pulsing until just combined.

Nothing better than a big pot of butter beans over rice. 🤍

Ingredients:

* 1 lb butter beans (baby Lima)
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 bell pepper, chopped
* 2 stalks celery, chopped
* 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
* Several ham hocks (these are salty, so be careful with seasoning)
* 6–8 cups low sodium or no sodium chicken broth
* 1 tsp Britscookin Cajun Seasoning
* 1 tsp Britscookin Garlic & Herb
* 1 lb smoked sausage or andouille sausage, sliced
* Cooked rice, for serving

Directions:

1. Add the butter beans, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and ham hocks to a crockpot.
2. Pour in the chicken broth and season with the Britscookin Cajun Seasoning and Garlic & Herb. Start with 1 teaspoon each — you can always adjust later.
3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
4. Remove the ham hocks, shred the meat, and discard the fat and bones. Add the shredded meat back to the crockpot.
5. Slice and brown the sausage in a skillet, then stir it into the beans.
6. Cook on LOW for another couple hours or serve right away!
7. Serve over rice and adjust seasoning if needed. Honestly SO good, y’all

🍝 Tuna Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

12 oz rotini pasta

2 cans tuna, drained

1 cup frozen peas

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Cook pasta until tender, then drain.

3. Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.

4. Stir in cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.

5. Add tuna, peas, pasta, and half the cheese. Mix well.

6. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

8. Serve hot.

🧀🥩 Garlic Butter Beef & Rice Skillet with Cheddar Parmesan Sauce

One pan, cheesy, rich, and seriously comforting, perfect for busy nights!

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef
1 cup long grain white rice (uncooked)
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

Add butter and minced garlic, cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the uncooked rice and toast lightly for 1–2 minutes.

Pour in the beef broth, then add salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15–18 minutes until rice is tender.

Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

Mix until everything is melted and creamy.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes until thick and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Cranberry Brie Sourdough Bread 🥖🧀

Warm, melty brie, sweet cranberries, and crispy sourdough, the perfect easy appetizer.

Ingredients:

- 1 round sourdough loaf
- 170 g brie cheese, sliced
- 45 g dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cut the sourdough loaf in a crosshatch pattern, but don’t cut all the way through.
3. Stuff the cuts with brie and dried cranberries.
4. Mix melted butter, garlic, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Brush the butter mixture over the bread.
6. Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until golden and melty.
8. Serve warm and pull apart.

Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla 🫐🌯

Sweet, creamy, crispy, and perfect for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 large flour tortilla

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp butter

Powdered sugar for serving

Instructions:

1. Spread cream cheese over half of the tortilla.

2. Add blueberries on top.

3. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

5. Fold the tortilla in half.

6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

7. Cook the quesadilla until golden and crispy on both sides.

8. Slice and serve warm with powdered sugar.

Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps 🌯🧄

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with juicy garlic chicken flavor.

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream or cream cheese

1 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

3. Stir in shredded chicken, cream, mozzarella, cheddar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. Cook until the cheese is melted and creamy.

5. Spoon the mixture onto the tortillas.

6. Roll tightly into wraps.

7. Toast in a hot skillet until golden on both sides and serve warm.

Bacon Chicken Garlic Butter Egg Rolls 🥓🧄

Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with creamy chicken filling, perfect for dipping.

Ingredients:

- 10–12 egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Small bowl of water for sealing
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Mix chicken, bacon, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic butter, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Place filling in each egg roll wrapper.
4. Roll tightly and seal edges with water.
5. Fry until golden and crispy.
6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Spicy Garlic Beef Noodles

Ingredients

8 oz noodles (udon, lo mein, or spaghetti)
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha (adjust heat)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oil (for cooking)
2 green onions, sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Cook noodles
Cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook beef
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic
Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Make sauce
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, brown sugar, black pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well.
5. Combine noodles
Toss in cooked noodles and stir until evenly coated.
6. Finish
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup melted butter or oil
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
¾ cup chocolate chips
Optional: extra peanut butter drizzle + chocolate chips on top

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
2. Mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix just until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour into loaf pan. Add extra chocolate chips on top.
6. Bake 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
7. Cool before slicing.
