VERY EASY! A great beginner project worked in the round on circular needles, in stocking stitch and reverse stocking stitch. Instructions are for 4 weights of yarn. These scarves are all worn wrapped twice around the neck. Bulky and worsted for fall and winter, that may also be worn as a cozy cowl.

Sock weight glitter with sequins and beads for a night out, and sock or lace weight cotton or linen for sultry summer days.

Make one for each season and outfit! This is essentially a huge-diameter tube, knit at a relaxed tension and precisely calculated to be the perfect length when worn doubled. Gives a Moebius impression without actually being one. Brilliantly simple.

This one piece, top-down jacket with a turned back collar and 2 optional pockets has a very easy 2-stitch, 4-row moss stitch pattern. The back and sleeve back are worked together, as are right and left front and sleeve front. Shoulder shaping is worked as vertical decreases. Cuff and collar edges have a slip stitch trim, and hem is k1, p1 rib. This jacket is intended to be oversized to cover various layering underneath.

This one-piece, top-down, elbow-length shrug is worked in stocking stitch with ribbed edging around body and cuffs. Sleeves are worked with the body of the shrug and shoulder shaping is worked with vertical decreases. Shaping on the lower edge of the sleeve is worked with short rows which is why the pattern is intermediate. This is the perfect “go with” for most outfits and a wardrobe staple for any season.

Cozy and warm, this one-piece, top-down jacket knits up in no time at all. It has a loose fit, tapered armholes and a long rib collar with matching turned back cuffs on three-quarter length sleeves.

Sleeve cap shaping is worked with vertical decreases below shoulder. There is a 3-stitch rolled edge from base of collar to hem.

Jacket may be closed with a pin or, if you prefer, a frog closure may be added just below the collar. Perfect for indoor and outdoor wear, especially in Spring and Fall.

There’s something romantic about this long, all knit jacket. Maybe it’s the hood or the way it flares at the bottom which adds a charm that makes one think of the woods of England. It’s a “quickly knit” project due to the chunky yarn and size 11(8mm) needles. The entire body is knit in garter stitch in one piece, beginning at the hem, and the sleeves are picked up and worked down to cuff. The hood is optional and can be replaced with a collar - although there’s nothing like a hood for a little intrigue!

Three button jacket, with hood or convertible collar, is knitted in one piece with shoulder seams. Fitted sleeves are worked from shoulder to cuff with short rows at shoulder. Jacket is wider at the bottom for unrestricted movement.

The short sleeves are banded by a cuff that gives the arm symmetry, and its one button closure makes it swing with just the right amount of flare. Fitted sleeves are worked with vertical decreases below the shoulder and increases under the arm. Knit in worsted weight yarn, using a circular needle, it quickly turns into an indispensable garment.
