Exploring drape, contour, and fabric tension through construction rather than embellishment.

A sculpted draped bodice and fitted silhouette in deep oxblood tones with subtle cool gray undertones. Front and back views reveal how the drape wraps and resolves around the body through directional tension and movement.

Final slide includes part of the original draped toile development process.

But true fashion design still begins with instinct, draping, proportion, construction, and understanding how fabric truly behaves on the body.

As a draping-based designer, I use AI as a tool to explore concepts faster — not as a replacement for craftsmanship, construction intelligence, or human vision.

Fashion is not only an image.
It is engineering, emotion, movement, and balance in real life.

Archive tailoring study exploring the tension between soft masculinity and sensual structure.
Inspired by memories of my father’s light virgin wool Armani suits and my long-term fascination with elongated tailoring, fluid authority, and emotional silhouette language.

Looking back, I realize many of my current design codes already existed in these earlier sketches — the softened shoulder, deep opening, vertical proportion, and quiet androgyny.

Design language develops across time.
Not through abandoning identity, but through evolving it.
