If I had all the money in the world, I would teach meditation.

The beautiful thing is that I don't have to wait.

I've been teaching meditation for the last five years and practicing for more than twenty. It remains one of the most powerful tools I know for returning to myself.

Meditation helps me:
✨ Center
✨ Ground
✨ Clear my mind
✨ Relax my nervous system
✨ Return to my body
✨ Connect with something greater than my everyday self

It brings a little more magic into ordinary life.

My path has included 20 years of meditation practice, 10 years of deepening my work through Insight Meditation, and completing the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

I also teach Max Meditation™, a simple guided practice passed down through the Modern Mystery School lineage. It is accessible to complete beginners and meaningful for experienced meditators alike.

As I get older, service becomes more important to me. Sharing meditation is one of the ways I give back.

Looking for a community to focus and get things done?

One of the biggest challenges I see after 16 years of productivity coaching is not a lack of information. Most people already know what they need to do.

What they need is:

✨ Dedicated time
✨ Accountability
✨ Supportive community
✨ Space to focus without distractions

That is why I created Focus Lab.

Throughout June, we will gather for:

🧘 Max Meditation
🎯 Focus Days
⏰ Focus Hours
📚 Student of the Game

Whether you're working on your business, writing a book, organizing your life, or simply creating space for what matters most, you don't have to do it alone.

Productivity is not about doing more.

It is about creating the conditions to do what matters.

Your first month is free.

Comment "FOCUS" or send me a DM for details.

Simplicity is a key to being productive.

I say this from a place of being in productivity coaching for 16 years.

I see people getting overwhelmed by trying to choose the best app or system in the world to be productive.

In all honesty, this is the last thing you should worry about at first.

Knowing your priorities on a monthly basis and keeping a record of them, remembering to look at them once a week or twice per month, will give you more awareness about yourself and self-knowledge than any system.

Simplicity is the sign of mastery.

Especially right now, we are the most distracted.

Remember to ask yourself:
What are my top 3 priorities for the month?
What do I plan to do about them?
And where are they in my calendar?

This is GOLD.

This is what I provide at Focus Hour twice per month: defining your priorities, checking on them twice per month, setting goals, putting them in the calendar, and having a place where you can check in on yourself with kindness and curiosity.

We do not need a lot to be productive; we need to remember to check in on ourselves.

If this resonates, join me for Focus Hour twice a month and create a simple, grounded system that actually supports your life and focus.

When I start working with people, I often say that productivity coaching is really a journey of getting to know yourself.

Not fixing yourself, more learning about yourself.

Becoming scientist, who is collecting data with honesty and kindness.

- When do I naturally have energy?
- What helps me focus?
- What causes overwhelm?
- What emotions are underneath procrastination?
- What rhythms actually support your nervous system and creativity?
Recently, I listened to an educational video by Judson Brewer where he mentioned that in scientific circles there is a saying:
“Research is me-search.”

And I loved that.

Because meaningful self-development often begins with observation.

So much of productivity coaching is not about squeezing more output from ourselves. It is about developing awareness, patterns recognition, and self-understanding.
Over time, this creates something deeper than productivity: SELF-TRUST
The more clearly we see ourselves, the more wisely we can work, rest, create, and make decisions.

Self-knowledge becomes self-mastery, not through control, but through understanding.

If you’re craving a more intentional and compassionate way to approach productivity, I’d love to support you.

My mindfulness productivity coaching combines focus, self-awareness, nervous system support, and practical structure to help you work in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with who you are.

Read this morning, sent to some friends and clients to remember who they are.

It is from a beautiful notebook called NB which stands for Nota Bene, the book it created by Christina Mars .

You are a divine being having a deeply human experience.

And perhaps the real work is not escaping our humanity…
but learning how to fully inhabit it.

I wrote this piece after reflecting on the tension so many of us feel between productivity, spirituality, ambition, exhaustion, and the longing to simply be.

In a culture that rewards constant doing, we can forget the sacredness of being alive in a human body.

This article is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember yourself differently.

Reposting this powerful reflection by

“Self-mastery & self-improvement are not the same thing.”

The slides walk us through a quiet but radical truth:
Self-improvement often starts from “I’m not enough yet.”
So we read more, do more, fix more… and the wheel keeps spinning.

Self-mastery asks something entirely different:
What if nothing is missing?

This is the shift I see again and again in my work.

Most people don’t need another system.
They need a different relationship with themselves.

Productivity isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about learning how to work with who you already are.

When we move from constant fixing → to self-trust,
everything changes:
• how you make decisions
• how you manage your energy
• how you define success

This is where real clarity, and sustainable productivity, lives.

If this resonates, let’s explore what your version of self-mastery looks like.
I offer personalized productivity coaching and energy healing work rooted in alignment, not pressure.

DM me “MASTERY” or book a session through the link in bio.

Can we slow down in NYC?

It’s up to us, not the city.
We are adults, and we are in charge of our choices ;)

And slowing down doesn’t have to be an epic weekend or week-long retreat, it can start small.

* Taking 20 minutes to eat lunch without your phone or TV, just being with your food and enjoying it with all your senses
* Fully watching a movie without multitasking
* Having a no-plans day and going with the flow

Micro slowing down matters, it compounds over time, like monthly savings :)
