Because even in the fire, you’re never standing alone. There’s a presence covering you, keeping you, and reminding you that what was meant to break you won’t even burn you.

“May the 4th be with you” — but make it real life. Not just a phrase, but a reminder that when the heat is on, you’re still protected, still chosen, and still walking out without a scratch.

Stay grounded. Stay covered. And keep going. ✨💫

🍂Fall photo dump:

Vermont gave peace, family gave laughter, and nature gave perspective.🍂 Every photo is a little reminder that the best moments aren’t always planned—they’re felt. Here’s to slowing down, breathing deep, and loving louder.

Some moments test your faith before they bless your spirit. A late shuttle from our hotel to the concert. Then our Uber was stuck in traffic for what felt like forever. Two miles of standstill headed toward the Food City Center on the University of Tennessee campus. Sitting there thinking, we’re going to miss this, so we decided to walk. Arriving five minutes before doors open… only to be told my handbag wasn’t allowed. Not oversized. Not dramatic. Just not clear. And suddenly, the spiral: this can’t be how it ends.

What actually happened next still gives me chills. While my mind was racing, stayed calm, steady, grounded—telling me, “Everything will be alright. We’ll get back in on time.” As I scrambled to figure out how to carry my essentials, I remembered a small gold glitter Dior makeup bag tucked away from a gift-with-purchase moment. I emptied it, packed only what I needed, and we power-walked back like our joy depended on it—because it did.

We walked into the stadium right as began singing “Plans.” If you know the song, you know—it speaks about God having good plans for our lives. And in that exact moment, it hit me: the enemy tried to steal my joy through delay, distraction, and doubt. But God made a way where it looked impossible. Not only did we make the concert—we made a core memory that will live with us forever.

What I’ve learned? God is always on time. No matter how late you think you are. No matter how messy the journey looks. His timing is perfect—every single time. 🤍

If you’ve ever had a moment where everything almost fell apart right before the blessing—tell me. Drop it in the comments or DM me. Let’s remind each other that purpose always arrives on time.

Baby, let me tell you—end of summer energy hits different. 🌞It’s that bittersweet moment where the sun is still kissing your skin, but the air is whispering, “Slow down, reset, and get ready for what’s next.”

This summer was full of what felt like endless work, little outside time (with the exception of a few camping trips near the beach) and maybe even a little retail therapy—no shame, I deserved it 😏 🛍️

But now it’s time to pause and ask myself: What am I actually carrying with me into this next chapter, and what am I leaving behind.

For me, the end of summer isn’t a goodbye—it’s a transition. A chance to ground myself, clear my space, and align with where I’m going. 🍂 I’m choosing to release what’s heavy (endless work), hold onto what’s sacred (intentional living & peace of mind), and walk into autumn like the main character I know I am.😎

💭 Your turn: What’s one habit, mindset, or distraction you’re leaving behind with summer? Drop it in the comments so we can hold each other accountable. 🖤

I read something the other day that said, "You keep thinking you’re behind, but you’re actually just in unfamiliar territory—because you’ve never been this version of you before. Maybe you don't notice your progress because you're always raising your bar."

And that hit deep…🤔

Why are we like this? 🤷🏾‍♀️ Because we’re growing—and growth comes with new standards, new vision, and a new version of you who doesn’t settle for what used to be “enough.”

But here’s the truth:
🙌🏾 You are making progress.
❤️ You have changed.
💫 You’re not stuck.
😁 You’re expanding.
😱 You’re not lost.
🥰 You’re evolving beyond what your old self could even imagine.

And just because you’re no longer impressed by your old goals doesn’t mean they weren’t once mountains you moved.

✨ This version of you deserves celebration, not critique.
✨ This season requires grace, not pressure.
✨ This pace is still progress.
✨ Give yourself some credit.
✨ Take a breath before you raise the bar again.
✨ And honor the version of you who prayed for what you now call “the bare minimum.”

You’re not behind—you’re becoming.🥰💫
