Love my time at the gym every day. This habit has been on & off for a long time. The past two years, I have definitely improved my consistency with the most improvement coming in the past 6 to 8 months.

Thanks to for training me helping me get my weight up!

I did not mention in this excerpt the blessing of mood stabilization that excercise brings! I’m currently working on bulking up as well as my calisthenic and mobility skills. Currently at 33 push-ups at Max nine pull-ups at Max and 14 dips at Max mobility is pretty decent, but my right knee is struggling some.

We all start off as a big hunk of stone to be crafted into a beautiful statue with each day & every choice 💞. This chapter is a perpetual hurdle for me. The last six or so months I have seen some real break through thanks to my faith and consistency.

Let go of fear, that keeps us paralyzed

& in my view Let go of trying to control everything..
