Love, After Loss
Sometimes I recall
lost memories of lost souls,
faces once warm, now living in silence.
I linger in the questions—
what went wrong,
where love slipped through my hands,
when forever learned to leave.
Love didn’t vanish suddenly;
it faded like evening light,
slow, quiet,
almost merciful in its goodbye.
Yet even in its absence,
love still breathes in me—
in the ache,
in the remembering,
in the hope that one day
love will return,
not as loss,
but as home. 💔✨
