No gloves, ever. Well if I’m doing a lot of digging using a shovel I’ll use gloves sometimes, but never when digging my hands in dirt.

That is part of the practice, ‘earthing’. Touching the plants, soil, rocks…connecting to Mother Earth. There’s actual research showing how grounding has health benefits.
