Of all the stuff I make I don't actually make that many things for myself. But this is one of two hats I am making for myself. I'm generally not much of a hat guy, but when the weather is nice and I drive with the windows open I need something to keep all of my hair in check.
I am not a fan of how the center seam pulls tight and makes the other parts p**f out of it, but that may just be because it is softer leather. The next hat is made of firmer material, so hopefully I won't have that problem.

As always, if anyone is interested in me making a hat or something else for you, please let me know.

Howdy all!! It's definitely been a while since I posted. I'm hoping to make 2023 a lot more productive than last year!
I have some long term creative plans I'm hoping to realize throughout the year, including a lot more cool leather stuff! So stay tuned...
In the meantime, here is a glimpse at the pattern I've just cut out. Hope to have the finished piece posted in a few days!
