First full day back from Turkey! Getting my walk in. When I left I was 296 lbs. one week later I am 278. That’s a big difference. Although my stomach is smaller! Still learning to listen to my body and figure out when I’m full and when u need to eat! Today I just ate because I wasn’t hungry but I know I need to eat something. Working in my water intake! But I’ll take it one day t a time! So happy I chose to do this for myself! And I look forward to this journey!
