As my business continues to grow, I’m implementing a few policies to help keep things running smoothly. Thank you all for your understanding and support! 🤍

🧾 Invoices
• Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of being sent.
• Unpaid invoices will be canceled and deleted after 24 hours, including preorders.
• Custom fabrics are ordered specifically for each customer, and unfortunately unpaid invoices result in a loss for my business. 🥲

🪡 Custom Turnaround Time
• Current turnaround time for customs is 4–6 weeks.
• Please allow the full 4–6 weeks before checking in on your order.
• Shipping time is not included in the turnaround estimate.
• I’m always happy to answer questions or address concerns, but I kindly ask for patience while I complete your order.

📸 Finished Product Approval
• Photos of the completed item will be sent before shipping.
• If you would like any changes made, please respond within 24 hours of receiving the photos.
• Not returns or exchanges once shipped

💌 Communication
• Please allow up to 24 hours for me to respond to messages.
• I am a small business owner and do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Business Hours
• I will not be working on Wednesdays and Thursdays, as those are dedicated family days (our weekend).
• Messages received during that time will be answered when business resumes.

Our dear friends’ beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Delta, has recently been diagnosed with leukemia and is currently undergoing treatment. This is a journey no family should ever have to face alone.

To help support their family during this difficult time, I am grateful to be collaborating with 🪩Twisted Cow Bows🪩 for a special fundraiser waffle. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Delta and her family to help ease the financial burden and allow them to focus on loving and caring for their little girl.

✨ New upgrade to the Olive Ruffle Top! ✨

As I continue to grow and learn, I’ve realized that I don’t always have to follow a pattern exactly as written. With experience comes the ability to make adjustments that improve the structure, function, and overall look of each piece.

The Olive Ruffle Top will now feature a full binding around the neckline instead of the original pattern’s topstitch finish. This upgrade provides a cleaner, more polished look while adding durability and improved structure.

I’m always striving to create pieces that are not only beautiful but made to last, and I love being able to incorporate new techniques and details as I continue to refine my craft.
