The Little Black Dress Attitude Club "All That We Deeply Love, Becomes A Part Of Us"

"LBD Club" IS for all you ladies that have a Great Attitude about yourselves... 40 and older... that refuse to let the younger set bring you down. You all have been there and done that already and can keep doing it as long as you have the "LBD Attitude". (guys that appreciate the ladies of LBD SHOULD BE WELCOME!)
We should have get togethers once a month..... NO red hats needed. Leather or lace..

. And have a great time!!! :D

Side Note: I believe that this "club" was simply born out of the Simple Disbelief that time has slipped away SO incredibly Fast! A little over a couple years ago, Rockford HS Class of 1980 was about to have our 30th... Yes, I said 30th... HS Reunion! I had a hard time wrapping my brain around that fact! HOW could that have happened? I mean, I was Only 25 years old still... At Least In MY Head Anyway!!! ;)
So... Some months after turning 49, I said to my 3 teenagers: "I So Can't Believe that I'm about to have the 11th Anniversary of my 39th Birthday..." to which they each replied:
"Oh Mom... EMBRACE IT!!! :)" (Meggan, then 19 said; Complete with happy hand gestures!:)
A Big Smile and a nod of his head is what the 17 year old Luke "said" :) Then, it was 14 year old Nickolas' turn... He looked at me (like I was, say... about 5) put his hand on my shoulder, and said: "Mom..... Really? ..... Really Mom? ...... Let's Just Face It..... YOU'RE Older Than Dirt!" And with that he Smiled Wide and chuckled. Yeah, I LoveLoveLove My Kiddo's... REALLY!!! :D
So, I turned "the dredded" Five Ohhhh" Yesterday, Even Survived it- and last night I created this page, and Here we are! :)
