Ishum Designs We make lampwork glass beads and jewelry. Ishum was the Babylonian god of fire and the earliest man-made glass were beads in Mesopotamia, 2500 BCE.

Starting with rods of soft glass (primarily COE 104) and using a small propane/oxygen torch, one-of-a-kind beads are created. These beads are available for your own creations or incorporated into ready-to-wear jewelry available directly from Ishum Designs.
