We’re excited to announce an incredible new project with the City of Richmond, California! ✨

Glampervan has been entrusted to build two mobile Community Crisis Response vans — part of Richmond’s ROCK program (Reach Out with Compassion and Kindness).

These specialized vans will support the city’s efforts to provide compassionate, community-based responses to people in crisis. The Community Crisis Response Program (CCRP) works to address the significant and complex needs of Richmond residents, bridging gaps in social services and focusing on repairing community trauma through care, connection, and understanding.

We’re honored to contribute our craft to such an important mission — helping bring mobility, comfort, and functionality to those on the front lines of care in our local community.

Come see us in Tahoe this upcoming weekend at Adventure Van Expo. It will be hosted at Palisades Ski Resort both Saturday and Sunday.

We will have our famed Glampervan there to check out. It features all of our optional add-ons and will provide a great opportunity to see what Glampervan is all about.

We are also thrilled to unveil our latest and greatest project which is our modified Ford F-550 based expedition vehicle. While we still have a lot of internal building to do, we will have the truck on display in all of its might.

Christmas Robbery.
To our Glampervan Fam - we are sad to share the news that one Christmas Day, our beloved shop was broken into and most of our tools were stolen by thieves. These real life Grinches stole tens of thousands of dollars of equipment from us, and we are working hard to get the shop back into working order.

We have been operating in the Bay Area since 2015, and we have worked hard to obtain the tools necessary to help us create the highest quality van builds for our clients and community. We pride ourselves on our work, and this robbery has largely disrupted it.

A gofundme has been kindly created on our behalf to assist with the massive financial burden we face moving forward into the new year. Replacing tools isn’t cheap, and we are incredibly humbled by the kindness and empathy of our community - these donations are helping us reclaim our livelihood.
