I helped a longtime friend yesterday. This sweet girl lost both parents in the last few years.
Just because someone wants you to have something doesn’t mean you have to keep it. Sometimes you take it and can get rid of it later, but don’t feel the guilt.
One thing I like to share with people when going through a loved ones things- think about their Bibles, journals… even their cologne or perfume.
It’s amazing how scent can bring back old memories
