Hey kids,

Life has been kicking my ass lately so I apologize for the lack of content and product being pushed out. I promise I’m still working on things! I’m just still trying to find the balance in the ever changing job that is stay at home parent. There were so many years where I judged SAHPs, swearing I’d never be one and that it’s not a real job. I was right, it’s not a real job-it’s like five real jobs all at once. To say I’ve been humbled over the years is an understatement.

This is not a woe is me or a justification, more of an explanation. My Basic Beast will be thriving again someday, but it just may need some of its steam reallocated to fueling being the best mom, wife, and human I can be. You’ll still keep hearing from me, it just may not be as frequently as I’d like.

All of this being said, I do have some markets coming up and am looking forward to focusing on preparing for those! See ya around!

Even though it’s suuuper nice it doesn’t mean every night is the perfect night to curl up with your chicken and read a good book! This was a custom order but I’m considering making more of these viral chickens for the shop! Did I mention that it also has a pocket on the back??

Either way, there’s definitely a large blue chicken in the shop for sale right now and I’ll definitely be making a couple more of those! Find it
