Something about creating an entire piece of clothing completely from scratch that just does it for me β
1.5 yards of fleece, some stray scraps, and an once of creativity later, we have a pair of drawstring sweats like no other...literally, lol.
That is probably my favorite thing about my sewing journey β creating 1 of 1 pieces, learning new techniques, and messing up 10 times for every 1 successful project.
Whenever someone asks how long Iβve been sewing, running URBN, or what got me into reworking/making clothing in general, I never really know the answer β URBN started in 2019 as a means of ridding my closet of extra clothes.
If you would have told me 2 years ago Iβd have my own clothing business, I would have laughed and said, βI wish!β
Oddly enough, Iβm super grateful for the outlets I was able to explore while running URBN for the past year and some, and Iβm excited to see where itβs headed β wherever that may be π₯²
