I originally created Coexist Casuals as a means to fight the cisnormative and transphobic healthcare system, to fund my top surgery. Transgender and non-binary people struggle to get their basic healthcare needs met and have to jump through many hoops to get hormones, surgeries, name changes, gender marker changes, etc. Keep in mind that not all trans or non-binary people need or want all of the t

hings previously listed, but for those that do, it is a long and exhausting process. With my designs, I want to bring more awareness to trans lives and experiences - one awesome shirt at a time! As of right now, I am not able to help fund trans surgeries but I would like to in the future when Coexist Casuals gets going and has a steady demand for shirts.
