Sometimes you have to stop for a moment. When the world seems lile it's burning to the ground, go outside & sit. Let yourself notice the small things. It really opens your prospective if you let it.

*YOUR* world can be burning to the ground, but this giant rock keeps spinning. The crickets still chirp, the wind still rattles the leaves, and the hummingbird still hum. It's easy to be lost in the chaos of deadlines & shuttling the kids to & from, the breaker panel dying 😩, and the house hotter than Hades' doorstep 🏜 but in it all, there's a cool breeze begging for you to stop for a second & realize "everything will be okay. Just 'let it'."

I just wanted to take a moment to remind all of you how truly amazing you are. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to forget our own worth and the incredible things we achieve. But today, let's pause and celebrate ourselves! Never forget that you are deserving of all the good things life has to offer. Embrace love—from others and, most importantly, from yourself. So, remember: you are amazing, and the world is a better place with you in it! 💜
