Next chapter loading šŸ¤Ž

Packages for the booth remodel have been coming in all week and I can’t wait for you to see all the pieces together.

Want a sneak peek of the next chapter? Find us tomorrow at the Paragould Farmers' Market to see what friends will be headed back to Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market at the beginning of August.

Meant to share this earlier and lost track of time playing some new games with the family.

Stopped by Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market this morning and dropped off several more items as I continue to clean out the studio and make space for the next chapter in the life of The Cozy Cottage.

Every once in a while, I get a glimpse of what happens after a friend is adopted from The Cozy Cottage.

My sister snapped this photo of my nephew a while back while they were out getting pretzels and it’s become one of my favorites.

Somewhere between choosing a handmade friend and standing in line for a pretzel, an ordinary afternoon became just a little more memorable.

Most of the time, I never get to see what happens after a handmade friend goes home. I send them out into the world and hope they’re loved.

But every now and then, I get a little reminder.

They’re tucked under little arms on errands.
They ride along on road trips.
They wait patiently in restaurant booths.
They become part of afternoons that don’t seem remarkable at the time.

I’ve realized those are the moments I hope for the most.

Not birthdays.
Not Christmas morning.

Just ordinary days, because those are the ones that quietly become a life.

It’s a privilege to know that something made with my own two hands might find its way into your ordinary days… and one day, your memories.

Missing the Paragould Farmers' Market this morning doesn’t mean the work stops. Feeling just enough better to sneak out to the studio this morning to test out a new Cozy Cuddler that has been in my head for a few weeks now. If it all works out, it’ll be available starting next month. šŸ¤žšŸ»

If you missed us at market this morning, you can find us at Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market all weekend with the Studio Clean Out Sale where retiring friends and items are 75% off. This is a great opportunity to stock up for the holidays or adopt the friend you’ve had your eye on at the lowest price it’s ever been. These are last chance items and styles so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

The next chapter of The Cottage is slowly coming together. Thank you for being here for every step towards this new season.

Well y’all, the plan was to be at the Paragould Farmers' Market in the morning, but this has been my view for the majority of the day after a horrible sinus migraine set in. šŸ¤•

The Studio Clean Out Sale still has several friends and items looking for homes at Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market. It’s going fast though, so if you’ve been meaning to stop by, there’s no better time than this weekend.

I did manage to order new furniture for the booth today before the migraine totally wiped me out. I cannot wait for y’all to see it next month! 🤩

Thank you for continuing to help me build this next chapter of The Cozy Cottage. šŸ¤Ž

It’s funny how the things we choose start telling a story before we ever realize they’re connected.

Today it was soft yarn in colors that reminded me of summer gardens, beachy sunsets, and old cottages. Baskets that looked like they’d be just as happy gathering vegetables or seashells as they would holding tiny handmade friends.

As I wandered the aisles, I realized I wasn’t just choosing displays or supplies anymore. I was choosing pieces that felt familiar. Pieces I could picture in our own home. The kind of things that never seem to go out of style because they were never chasing trends to begin with.

The booth at Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market is changing a little at a time. New yarn. Wicker baskets. Different ways to display things. None of it feels particularly exciting on its own, but together it’s beginning to feel like the place I’ve been imagining all along.

I’ve always hoped The Cozy Cottage would feel less like walking into a store and more like stepping into someone’s home—a place where you’re welcome to slow down, look around, and stay awhile.

I’m excited to keep sharing that journey with you as it all comes together. šŸ¤

Four days.

That’s all it took for this booth to look like this…compared to where we started on Wednesday.

Shelves are coming down.
Displays are being packed away.
And the retired collection is disappearing much faster than I ever expected.

If you’ve been planning to stop by, I’d make it sooner rather than later. What you in in the close up photos is what remains of so many Cottage friends find their forever homes this week.

Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market is open today and tomorrow. Once these retired Cozy Cottage pieces are gone, they’re gone for good. šŸ¤

Don’t wait for the final week of the sale… there may not be one.

Happy Fourth of July. ā¤ļøšŸ¤šŸ’™

Even the sunrise decided to celebrate this morning.

Around here, the Fourth has always been less about a single event and more about the traditions that fill the day.

It’s an early morning at the farmers’ market. Fresh flowers and sweet corn. Running into neighbors you haven’t seen in a while. The same parade route. The same fireworks. The same little carnival. The smell of barbecue drifting through town.

Maybe that’s why holidays in small towns feel so special. They’re stitched together from the same traditions, year after year.

Before the celebrations, cookouts, family gatherings, and fireworks begin, come spend a little time supporting the farmers, bakers, artists, and makers who make mornings like this possible.

Swipe through to see a little of what this Fourth of July morning looks like here in Paragould.

I’ll have a very limited selection of my current Cozy Cottage collection at the Paragould Farmers' Market this morning while the Studio Clean Out sale continues over at Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market.

However you celebrate today, I hope it’s filled with good food, familiar faces, and traditions worth keeping. šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ¤

šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø Happy 4th of July weekend!

Before the day gets busy with celebrations, cookouts, family gatherings, and fireworks, spend a little time supporting local makers and small businesses.

Whether you’re enjoying a long holiday weekend, hosting family from out of town, or just looking for something fun to do tomorrow morning, both the Paragould Farmers' Market and Sweet T's Vintage & Artisan Market will be open regular hours.

If you’ve been meaning to stop by The Cozy Cottage’s studio clean-out sale, tomorrow is a great day to come browse. The booth has changed a lot over the last three days, and once these retired designs are gone, they’re gone.

Looking for my current collections instead? I’ll also be at the Paragould Farmers’ Market with a very limited selection of my current handmade pieces. Since I’ve pulled those collections from Sweet T’s during the studio clean-out sale, the farmers’ market will be the only place to shop them throughout July.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Independence Day! ā¤ļøšŸ¤šŸ’™

Day 2 Update šŸ¤

I honestly don’t know what to say.

Yesterday, 49 pieces found new homes.

Today, another 58 left the booth.

That’s 107 retired Cozy Cottage pieces in just two days.

When I started this studio clean-out, I thought it would last the month. At this point… I’m not so sure.

If you’ve been thinking about stopping by, I’d encourage you to come this holiday weekend. What you see in these photos is very close to everything that’s left. Once these retired designs are gone, they’re gone.

This afternoon, after cleaning up the booth and inputting all your purchases into Square, I found myself sitting at the table with crayons sketching ideas for the next chapter of The Cozy Cottage that I cannot wait to introduce you to.

This sale isn’t just about clearing shelves.

Every bunny, blanket, plush, and bag that’s leaving the booth is helping build what comes next.

The Cozy Cottage has never grown because of loans or investors. It’s grown because someone chose to take home something I made with my own two hands.

Every shelf, display, sign, table, and little improvement over the years has happened one purchase at a time.

So watching these shelves empty is bittersweet—but it’s also incredibly exciting. For the first time, I have the opportunity to reinvest in this space in a way I’ve been dreaming about for a long time.

Thank you for making this transition so much more meaningful than I ever expected. šŸ¤
