Off-Road Ride Information
We’ve had a lot of questions about the trail rides, so here’s what to expect!
Friday’s ride will be the shorter ride, usually around 2–3 hours.
Saturday’s ride will likely be around 3–4 hours, depending on how many Broncos we have and how quickly we make our way through the trails.
We spent time trimming back brush to help keep scratches to a minimum, but these are still wooded trails, so pinstriping is always a possibility. If we get a lot of rain this week, expect the trails to be muddier than usual.
We recommend running at least 33-inch tires for the off-road rides. This isn’t a strict requirement, but the extra ground clearance helps on some of the rocky sections of the trail.
The trails have a few technical sections, but they’re not extreme. I’d consider them intermediate—not a beginner trail, but not a hardcore rock-crawling trail either. Saturday’s ride includes quite a bit of creek driving with a few rocky climbs before getting onto the main trails.
Most importantly, we’re not going to leave anyone behind or pressure anyone into attempting an obstacle they’re not comfortable with. If you need a spotter or want help through an obstacle, just let me or my husband know. We’re happy to guide you through it and offer advice.
Our goal is for everyone to have fun, enjoy the trails, and make it back with a smile on their face. We can’t wait to hit the trails with everyone this weekend!
