The Heart Behind Mystical Mutt's Treats 💙🐾
In 2013, my life changed forever when I was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer. Cancer has a way of taking so much from you. It brings fear, uncertainty, grief, and moments where you no longer recognize the person staring back at you in the mirror. There were days I felt defeated, and days I had to dig deeper than I ever thought possible just to keep going.
During that journey, I began learning about the healing properties of nature and the powerful role herbs have played in wellness for generations. While herbs weren't a replacement for the medical treatments that helped save my life, they became part of how I nurtured my body, found comfort, and reconnected with myself. They reminded me that healing isn't just physical—it's emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal.
That experience planted a seed.
As a lifelong animal lover, I started asking myself: If I became so passionate about understanding the ingredients I put into my own body, why wouldn't I feel the same way about what I give to my dogs?
And that's where Mystical Mutt's Treats was born.
Mystical Mutt's isn't just a dog treat company. It's a reflection of my journey—of resilience, hope, and the belief that the things we create with love can make a difference. Every recipe is thoughtfully crafted using quality ingredients and carefully selected herbs known for their supportive properties. We focus on creating treats with intention because our dogs deserve more than fillers and artificial ingredients—they deserve nourishment made with care.
For me, these treats represent second chances. They represent choosing purpose after pain. They represent the lesson that even in our darkest seasons, something beautiful can grow.
