EP.10 .merritt_33 At the end of every Buckets&Blessings Workout, we put our skills to the test verse live defense! Watch as college prospects and Overseas FIBA Pros compete in One on One basketball with 3 dribbles or less to score the ball! Great way to sharpen the skills at the end of training so that new moves become second nature!

V-Cone Shooting Drill / Off the Dribble .merritt_33
The V-Cone Shooting Drill is elite because it builds real game scoring habits — not just stationary shooting. 🏀🔥
At Buckets&Blessings, we use this drill to develop:
* Shot creation
* Tight handles
* Footwork
* Conditioning
* Balance
* Confidence under pressure
Every rep forces players to change direction, create separation, and rise into shots at game speed. That’s what translates to real in-game buckets.
